Volleyball kit spends its life in extension — arms overhead, body diving. Custom volleyball uniforms have to stay put through both. We pattern the shoulder to stay down when the arms go up, which is the difference between a jersey that works and one a player is constantly pulling at.
Jerseys run in a light performance knit, in cap sleeve, short sleeve or racerback. Libero contrast kit is built to the same block in the alternate colourway so it reads as part of the set rather than an afterthought. Spandex shorts are cut with a wider bonded waistband that holds through a dig.

- What makes your volleyball kit different from decorated blanks?
- Jerseys run in a light performance knit, in cap sleeve, short sleeve or racerback. Libero contrast kit is built to the same block in the alternate colourway so it reads as part of the set rather than an afterthought. Spandex shorts are cut with a wider bonded waistband that holds through a dig. A decorated blank cannot change any of that — you get the cut and the fabric the blank came in, with a logo applied on top.

- Yes. We match from a Pantone reference rather than eyeballing it, and hold that reference across every piece in the order — jerseys, shorts, caps and bags — so the programme reads as one thing instead of five near-misses.
- What is the minimum order for custom volleyball kit?
- Orders run from 12 pieces to 5,000, and the construction does not change with the count. Individual pieces carry their own minimum, which is listed on each one. Over 50 pieces we make a physical sample before the run starts.
- How do I get a volleyball mockup?
- Send your crest, your colours and a rough count. A designer draws your kit and emails it back within 24 hours — free, with nothing signed. Revise it as many times as you like; nothing goes into production until you say yes.
