Custom basketball uniforms are a two-piece system that has to work as one. The single most common problem with stock kit is a reversible that hangs differently on each side; we pattern both faces to the same block so the garment behaves the same whichever way it is worn.
Fabric choice is between a light mesh for maximum airflow and a smooth interlock for a cleaner print surface. Sublimation is standard for both, and takes side panels, fades and full-length striping without adding weight. Shorts are cut with a longer inseam and a deep side vent as default, and we can adjust both.

- What makes your basketball kit different from decorated blanks?
- Fabric choice is between a light mesh for maximum airflow and a smooth interlock for a cleaner print surface. Sublimation is standard for both, and takes side panels, fades and full-length striping without adding weight. Shorts are cut with a longer inseam and a deep side vent as default, and we can adjust both. A decorated blank cannot change any of that — you get the cut and the fabric the blank came in, with a logo applied on top.

- Yes. We match from a Pantone reference rather than eyeballing it, and hold that reference across every piece in the order — jerseys, shorts, caps and bags — so the programme reads as one thing instead of five near-misses.
- What is the minimum order for custom basketball kit?
- Orders run from 12 pieces to 5,000, and the construction does not change with the count. Individual pieces carry their own minimum, which is listed on each one. Over 50 pieces we make a physical sample before the run starts.
- How do I get a basketball mockup?
- Send your crest, your colours and a rough count. A designer draws your kit and emails it back within 24 hours — free, with nothing signed. Revise it as many times as you like; nothing goes into production until you say yes.
