Not an auto-responder and not a sales queue. The person who replies is the one who will draw your kit.
2 · Your mockup arrives within 24 hours
Your crest on the actual garment, at the actual size, in the actual colours — alongside a team kit quote so you have a number to take to your committee.
3 · You change whatever you want
Revisions are unlimited and free. Nothing goes into production until you say yes. Over 50 pieces we will make a physical sample first.
Before you ask
- Does this cost anything?
- No. The mockup and the custom uniform quote are both free, and there is nothing to sign at this stage.
- What if I don't know what I want?
- Most people who write to us don't. Tell us the sport, the rough count and the date, and we will recommend the fabric and the method.
- My logo is a bad photo. Is that a problem?
- No. Send it as it is. Redrawing artwork properly is part of the mockup, not an extra you have to arrange first.
- What if the kit turns up wrong?
- We remake it. That is the promise, in writing: if it isn't right, it isn't yours yet.
