Production & Quality

Because every item is fully custom-made to your specifications, all sales are final once production begins. We provide detailed digital mockups or physical samples (for large orders) to ensure full alignment before manufacturing.

Copyright & Assets

By submitting logos, artwork, or other assets for production, you guarantee that you hold the appropriate rights to reproduce them. The Thread Yard is not liable for intellectual property disputes arising from client-provided materials.

Timelines & Delivery

Estimated turnaround times are provided during the quoting phase. While we strive to meet all deadlines, shipping delays caused by third-party carriers are outside of our control.
