We make custom rugby jerseys to order whether or not a sample is listed here. Send the brief and a designer draws it in your colours — the catalogue is a sample of what we have built, not the limit of it.

How we build rugby kit

A rugby shirt is a load-bearing garment. It gets gripped, pulled and landed on, so the failure point is almost never the fabric — it is the seam and the collar. Custom rugby jerseys from us are built on a heavier knit with reinforced shoulder and side seams, and a collar constructed to take a grip without deforming.

You can have a traditional woven or a modern sublimated fit. Traditional cuts run fuller with a rib collar and a button placket; the tight-fit version uses a stretch knit with bonded seams and a low-profile collar. Hoops, quarters and sashes are all sublimated so the pattern lines up across the seam instead of stopping at it.

Rugby kit, answered

What makes your rugby kit different from decorated blanks?
You can have a traditional woven or a modern sublimated fit. Traditional cuts run fuller with a rib collar and a button placket; the tight-fit version uses a stretch knit with bonded seams and a low-profile collar. Hoops, quarters and sashes are all sublimated so the pattern lines up across the seam instead of stopping at it. A decorated blank cannot change any of that — you get the cut and the fabric the blank came in, with a logo applied on top.
Can you match our exact rugby team colours?
Yes. We match from a Pantone reference rather than eyeballing it, and hold that reference across every piece in the order — jerseys, shorts, caps and bags — so the programme reads as one thing instead of five near-misses.
What is the minimum order for custom rugby kit?
Orders run from 12 pieces to 5,000, and the construction does not change with the count. Individual pieces carry their own minimum, which is listed on each one. Over 50 pieces we make a physical sample before the run starts.
How do I get a rugby mockup?
Send your crest, your colours and a rough count. A designer draws your kit and emails it back within 24 hours — free, with nothing signed. Revise it as many times as you like; nothing goes into production until you say yes.

More sports we cut for

If your sport is not listed, ask anyway — most kit is the same problem in a different shape, and we pattern to the game rather than to a catalogue.
