Custom polo shirts are what coaching and admin staff live in, so they get judged on collar behaviour more than anything else. A collar that curls after three washes makes the whole programme look careless. We use a knitted, stabilised collar rather than a cut-and-sewn one for exactly that reason.
Performance polos in a moisture-wicking pique work for sideline use; cotton-rich pique reads dressier for staff and hospitality. Embroidery on the left chest is standard, and we can add a sleeve mark or a nape crest without the design fighting the collar seam.

- What makes your polos kit different from decorated blanks?

A decorated blank cannot change any of that — you get the cut and the fabric the blank came in, with a logo applied on top.

- Yes. We match from a Pantone reference rather than eyeballing it, and hold that reference across every piece in the order — jerseys, shorts, caps and bags — so the programme reads as one thing instead of five near-misses.
- What is the minimum order for custom polos kit?
- Orders run from 12 pieces to 5,000, and the construction does not change with the count. Individual pieces carry their own minimum, which is listed on each one. Over 50 pieces we make a physical sample before the run starts.
- How do I get a polos mockup?
- Send your crest, your colours and a rough count. A designer draws your kit and emails it back within 24 hours — free, with nothing signed. Revise it as many times as you like; nothing goes into production until you say yes.
