Custom team apparel

Most programmes need more than match kit. Coaching staff want something they can wear all season, players want travel wear that matches, and supporters want something they can buy. Custom team apparel is where a club identity stops being a uniform and starts being a wardrobe.

The construction question here is different from match kit: comfort and drape matter more than range of movement, and the decoration has to survive domestic washing rather than a season of turf. We size and weight these pieces accordingly, and match the colour to the same Pantone reference as your playing kit so the whole programme reads as one thing.

Sizing is where team apparel orders most often go wrong. Match kit is ordered by squad list; apparel gets ordered by guesswork, and a programme ends up with twenty smalls nobody wants. We size on men's, women's and youth blocks rather than one unisex chart, and we would rather run a size set past you before production than remake the order after it.

Decoration on apparel is usually embroidery or screen print, and the two do different jobs. An embroidered left-chest crest reads as staff wear and outlasts the garment. A large screen-printed graphic across the back reads as supporter wear and costs less per piece as the count climbs. Plenty of programmes use both on the same garment — stitched crest, printed back — and that combination is usually the one that looks most considered.
