A custom team hoodie is usually the most-worn piece a programme produces, which makes fleece weight the real specification. Lighter fleece is comfortable year-round but pills; heavier brushed-back fleece lasts and holds a printed or embroidered design flat rather than letting it distort.
Embroidery is the premium finish and the one that survives longest — a stitched crest outlasts the garment. Screen print gives bolder large-format graphics across the back. Both work over the chest, and we can combine them: embroidered crest, printed back.

- What makes your hoodie kit different from decorated blanks?
- Embroidery is the premium finish and the one that survives longest — a stitched crest outlasts the garment. Screen print gives bolder large-format graphics across the back. A decorated blank cannot change any of that — you get the cut and the fabric the blank came in, with a logo applied on top.

- Yes. We match from a Pantone reference rather than eyeballing it, and hold that reference across every piece in the order — jerseys, shorts, caps and bags — so the programme reads as one thing instead of five near-misses.
- What is the minimum order for custom hoodie kit?
- Orders run from 12 pieces to 5,000, and the construction does not change with the count. Individual pieces carry their own minimum, which is listed on each one. Over 50 pieces we make a physical sample before the run starts.
- How do I get a hoodie mockup?
- Send your crest, your colours and a rough count. A designer draws your kit and emails it back within 24 hours — free, with nothing signed. Revise it as many times as you like; nothing goes into production until you say yes.
